Maggie is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of real estate from finding the right home at the right price to negotiating your best interest! I loved her price comparisons of houses in the market area. This ensured I was getting the best price! I could really make sure of the value of the house too. But Maggie did not stop there! She negotiated all the way, fiercely, for every detail to be the right price all the way through closing.
